These terms apply when you shop with Matilda Stitch Co. If you have a question about a product or order, contact lauren@matildastitchco.com.

Products and orders

Please read each product description before ordering, including what is included, available options and any personalisation or pre-order details. Hand-painted items may have small variations, and colours can look different on different screens. This does not limit your rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. If an item becomes unavailable or we find an error affecting your order, we will contact you to agree on a solution. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.

Prices and payment

The currency and total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, are shown at checkout before you pay. Available payment methods are also shown at checkout.

Delivery and returns

See our shipping policy for delivery information and our returns and refunds policy for help with a problem. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and cannot be excluded by these terms.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled when you use our store.

Our designs and website

Website content, photographs and designs belong to Matilda Stitch Co or their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright. Please ask before reproducing our content or designs for commercial use.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not remove your rights or retrospectively change an order you have already placed.
