Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. We will send dispatch information to the email address on your order, including tracking where available.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will help investigate and provide any remedy you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
